This Privacy Policy explains how BPR Construction LLC, doing business as BPR Remodeling ("BPR", "we", "us"), collects, uses and shares information when you visit bprremodeling.com, fill out a form, or call, text or e-mail us. Using the website also means you accept our Terms & Conditions.

Information you give us: your name, e-mail address, phone number, project address, the details and photos of your project, the promotion you choose, your preferred language and anything else you write in a form, text, e-mail or our website chat assistant. If you join the Model Home Program, we also keep before-and-after photos of your project.
Information collected automatically: when you visit the website, our hosting provider and analytics tools may record your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the site that referred you and the date and time of your visit. This is done with server logs and cookies.
Information from others: if you apply for financing, the lender may tell us whether you were approved and for how much.

4. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are most popular. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. The website will still work.
5. Text Messages and Calls
If you give us your phone number, we will use it to contact you about your request or project. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
6. How Long We Keep Information
We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above, such as warranty records for completed projects, and as required for legal, tax and accounting reasons. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

We use reasonable safeguards, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection for this website, to protect your information. No website or e-mail system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive details such as bank or card numbers through our forms.
