These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and BPR Construction LLC, doing business as BPR Remodeling ("BPR", "we", "us"), a Utah company. They apply when you use bprremodeling.com, submit a contact or quote form, call or text us, or request an estimate. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Agreement to These Terms
By using this website or checking the agreement box on our contact form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit a form. You can still call us at 385-770-6679.
2. Free Estimates and Quotes
- Estimates and consultations for first-time customers are free and do not obligate you to buy anything.
- An estimate is based on the information you give us and what we can see during the site visit. Unless it says otherwise, an estimate is valid for 30 days.
- Final prices are confirmed only after measurements and product selection, in a written contract.
- Conditions we could not reasonably see before work started, such as rot, water damage, mold, asbestos, structural or code problems, may change the scope and price. We will explain the issue and get your written approval (a change order) before doing extra work.
3. Your Written Contract Controls
Work starts only after you sign a written contract and pay any deposit it requires. The contract sets out the scope, price, schedule, payment terms and warranty for your project. If the contract and these Terms ever disagree, the contract controls for that project.
4. Pricing and the Winter Model Home Program
- Who pays what. Builder price (no markup on materials) is our pricing for business clients such as window and door companies, interior designers and contractors. Homeowners pay our standard price, which starts at the low end of typical Utah retail, unless they take part in the Winter Model Home Program.
- Winter Model Home Program. Homeowners in the program pay builder price on materials with no markup. The program is limited to 30 homes, spots go in the order contracts are signed, and the contract must be signed by December 31, 2026. It applies to remodeling services including windows, doors, kitchens, decks, basements and bathrooms.
- What participants agree to. (a) We may photograph the project before, during and after the work and show it as a model home on our website, social media and to prospective clients, without your name or street address unless you agree; (b) you will allow a BPR yard sign on your property during the work and for up to 30 days after completion; and (c) you will allow up to two visits by prospective clients, scheduled at times you approve, or a video walkthrough instead. These commitments are written into your contract.
- No review requirement. Reviews are not a condition of the program or of your price. BPR asks every customer, in or out of the program, for honest feedback in the same way, and never offers discounts, gifts or other rewards for reviews or for any particular rating.
- Retail comparisons. Retail prices on our website are estimates of typical mid- to high-range Utah retail, shown for comparison only and not quotes from any store. "Save 40–60%" describes typical builder price savings against that range; your savings depend on your project and products.
- Unless we say otherwise in writing, one promotion applies per project. Promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value and do not apply to contracts signed before the promotion started. We may change or end a promotion at any time without affecting a contract you have already signed.
- Not included: sales tax and some consultation, design and administrative fees are not included in advertised prices. They will be listed in your written estimate.
- Choosing a promotion on our contact form tells us what you are interested in. It does not reserve a spot or lock in a price until you sign a contract.
5. Materials You Buy Yourself
If you buy materials yourself, you are responsible for ordering the correct products and quantities and for delivery, condition, returns and the manufacturer warranty. We will tell you what to order. Our workmanship warranty then covers our installation, not the product. Delays caused by late, wrong or damaged customer-supplied materials may change the schedule and price.
6. Deposits and Payments
Deposits, progress payments and the final payment are due as your contract says. The deposit depends on the project size and materials. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is paid. If we pay for special-order or custom materials for your project, they may not be refundable.
7. Financing
Financing is offered through third-party lenders such as Snap Finance. BPR is not a lender. Approval, rates, fees and terms are set by the lender and are not guaranteed. Please read the lender's agreement before you sign it. If you use financing, you still owe what your contract with us says.
8. Warranties
- "Lifetime Warranty" refers to the manufacturer's limited warranty on qualifying window and door products. The manufacturer sets the coverage, length, transfer rules and exclusions. We will give you the warranty documents for the products we install.
- Our workmanship warranty is stated in your contract.
- Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, settling, severe weather or other natural events, or changes or repairs made by others.
9. Scheduling and Delays
A spot on our calendar is held only after the contract is signed and the deposit is paid. We work hard to keep to the schedule, but dates may change because of weather, material delivery, permits, inspections, hidden conditions or other events outside our control. We will keep you informed.
10. Calls, Texts and E-mails
When you submit a form or contact us, you agree that BPR may reply by phone, text message or e-mail about your request, estimate or project, using the details you gave us. You do not have to agree to this to buy from us; you can call us instead. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text message to stop texts, or ask us at any time to stop contacting you. We do not sell your phone number.
11. Website Information and Photos
Information on this website, including prices, is general and may change. We try to keep it accurate but it may contain errors, which we may correct at any time. Some photos are representative or stock images that show styles and products we install, not necessarily our own completed projects. Translations are provided for convenience.
12. Website Content and Acceptable Use
The text, logos, graphics and other content on this website belong to BPR or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission. You agree not to use the website for anything unlawful, to send spam or false requests through our forms, or to interfere with how the website works.
13. Third-Party Websites
Our website may link to other sites, such as lenders, manufacturers or social media. We do not control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, BPR is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. This section does not limit our obligations under a signed contract or any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute about the website or these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, unless your contract provides otherwise.
16. Translations
We provide these Terms in English, Spanish, Chinese and Portuguese. If the versions differ, the English version controls.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes apply from that date and do not affect contracts already signed.
