Project Types
Decks & Patios
New and replacement decks in pressure-treated wood or composite (Trex, TimberTech), railings, stairs, pergolas and patios. Most decks take one to three weeks once the permit is approved.
Bathroom Remodels
Walk-in showers, tub-to-shower conversions, vanities, tile and fixtures. A standard bathroom remodel usually takes two to four weeks.
Kitchen Remodels
Cabinets, quartz and granite counters, backsplashes, flooring, lighting and appliances. Plan on two to three months from signed quote to finished kitchen, mostly cabinet lead time.
Basement Finishing
Bedrooms, bathrooms, family rooms and basement apartments with code-compliant egress windows. A typical 1,000 square foot basement takes six to ten weeks after permit approval.
Whole-House Window Replacement
Energy-efficient vinyl and fiberglass windows for the whole home. Eight to twelve windows are usually installed in one to two days after a two-to-five-week order lead time.
Whole-House Flooring
Luxury vinyl plank, laminate, tile and carpet installed throughout the home, including stairs, transitions and baseboards.
Rental-Home Remodels
Remodels between tenants for landlords: flooring, paint, kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doors, scheduled to get the home rented again quickly.

How We Share Projects
We only publish photos with the homeowner’s permission, and we never show a street address or a client’s name unless they ask us to. Each project write-up lists the city, the age of the home, what we did, the timeline and the budget range, so you can compare it with your own plans.
