BPR Remodeling has completed projects in Draper and serves the whole city, including the neighborhoods on the hillsides. We are a licensed Utah contractor (Utah Contractor License #13276859-5501), and our pricing starts at the low end of Utah retail, with builder price on materials for Model Home Program homeowners.
Builder-Grade Homes, Ready for an Update
Most Draper homes were built from the 1990s through the 2010s. They are solid houses, but many still have the builder-grade finishes they were sold with: basic cabinets, laminate or tile counters, cultured-marble vanities, original carpet and an unfinished basement. That makes Draper a good fit for the work we do most:
- Finishing the basement many Draper homes were built with, adding bedrooms, a bathroom, a family room or a separate suite.
- Kitchen upgrades to shaker cabinets, quartz, a new backsplash and better lighting.
- Primary bathroom remodels with walk-in showers and new vanities.
- Composite decks and covered patios to make the most of the views.
Working With Draper HOAs
Many Draper subdivisions have HOAs with architectural review for exterior changes like decks, windows and doors. We provide product specifications, colors and drawings for your application and wait for approval before ordering, so nothing has to be redone.
Hillside Homes, Wind and Snow
Homes higher on the hillsides get more wind and snow than the valley floor. We choose deck framing, fasteners and railing systems for those conditions and design to the loads the city requires.

Builder Price for Draper Homeowners
Through December 31, 2026, a limited number of homeowners can remodel at builder price with no markup on materials, typically 40–60% below Utah retail on the material portion. In return we photograph your project, put a small BPR yard sign out, and may show the finished work to a few future clients at times you approve. Reviews are never required.
Draper Remodeling FAQ
Can you finish the basement in a newer Draper home?
Yes. Many Draper homes were built with an unfinished basement, and finishing it is usually the least expensive way to add living space. We handle design, permits and inspections.
Will you work with my HOA?
Yes. We prepare the specifications and drawings your HOA needs and wait for approval before ordering materials.
What is the Model Home Program?
A limited winter program that gives qualifying homeowners builder price with no markup on materials, in exchange for project photos, a yard sign and a few scheduled showcase visits. Contracts must be signed by December 31, 2026.
