BPR Remodeling has completed projects in Park City and works with full-time residents, second-home owners and property managers. We are a licensed Utah contractor (Utah Contractor License #13276859-5501) based in the Salt Lake Valley, which keeps our pricing well below what many mountain-town contractors charge.
Built for Mountain Conditions
Park City sits around 7,000 feet, with long winters, heavy snow and strong sun. That changes how a remodel should be built:
- Decks must be designed for much higher snow loads than in the Salt Lake Valley, which affects joist size and spacing, beams, posts and footings. Composite decking and metal or composite railings hold up best.
- Windows and doors should be chosen for cold winters and high-altitude sun: well-insulated frames and Low-E glass suited to the climate.
- Scheduling exterior work for the snow-free months, and interior work any time of year.
Historic District and HOAs
Exterior changes in Park City’s historic district go through a design review, and many condo and subdivision HOAs have their own approval process. We help you prepare product specifications and drawings and wait for approval before ordering materials.
Second Homes and Rentals
If you do not live in Park City full time, we can work with your property manager, send photo updates as the project moves forward, and schedule around booked rental dates.

Builder Price for Park City Homeowners
Through December 31, 2026, a limited number of homeowners can remodel at builder price with no markup on materials, typically 40–60% below Utah retail on the material portion. In return we photograph your project, put a small BPR yard sign out, and may show the finished work to a few future clients at times you approve. Reviews are never required.
