Get builder price on your remodel: save 40–60% vs. retail

Builder cost with no markup on materials for 12 more Utah homeowners. Contracts must be signed by December 31, 2026.

Homeowners normally pay our standard price, which starts at the low end of Utah retail. In the Model Home Program you pay builder price, the same as our business clients. In return, your home becomes one of our showcase projects: we take before-and-after photos, put a BPR yard sign out during the work, and may show the finished project to a few future clients at times you approve. Lifetime Warranty* on windows and doors.

How the program works →

Winter Model Home Program: limited to 30 homes; the contract must be signed by December 31, 2026. Builder price means no markup on materials. Savings of 40–60% compare builder price with typical mid- to high-range Utah retail and vary by product. Participants agree to before-and-after photos and showcase use of the project, a BPR yard sign during the work and for up to 30 days after completion, and up to two scheduled visits by prospective clients (or a video walkthrough instead). Reviews are not required, and your price never depends on whether or what you review. Some tax, consultation, design fee and admin fee are not included. Installation is quoted separately. *Lifetime warranty is the manufacturer's lifetime limited warranty on window and door frames, glass seals and hardware, per the manufacturer's written terms, and is registered for you at installation.
